Just had an okay run! Probably should’ve taken it easier so soon after the hal because now my knees are bothering me, but it’s hard not to try to keep up with everyone else in running clinic. I was already a little bit slower than I would be on a regular tempo run.

Hopefully the knees won’t remain an issue! I’ll just have to play it safe and run easy until I’m fully recovered from the half. My knees are pretty much never an issue (except in that damn yoga pose - reclining hero or whatever).
