Just had an okay run! Probably should’ve taken it easier so soon after the hal because now my knees are bothering me, but it’s hard not to try to keep up with everyone else in running clinic. I was already a little bit slower than I would be on a regular tempo run.
Hopefully the knees won’t remain an issue! I’ll just have to play it safe and run easy until I’m fully...

Talk about things not going according to plan. Woke up around 3:30 this morning, stuff coming out of both ends, if you know what I’m saying. Seems I’ve caught a stomach bug. Perfect. And I have a half marathon in 2 days. This had better not last much longer, and I’m going to have to do some epic rehydrating.
I feel bad, getting on a plane like this. I hope I don’t spread...
